Grand Dunman New Launch in Dist rict 15 Set PSF $2,500

Over the launch weekend (July 15-16), 550 out of 1,008 units at Grand Dunman were sold, representing a take-up rate of 54.6%. The average selling price achieved at this 99-year leasehold condo on Dunman Road in prime District 15 was approximately $2,500 per square foot.

Grand Dunman is a joint development project by SingHaiyi Group and CSC Land Group and has emerged as the fastest-selling project of 2023. The majority of buyers (90%) were Singaporeans, with an additional 9% being Singapore Permanent Residents and 1% foreigners, according to Gary Lim, SingHaiyi Group's head of sales and marketing.

The units sold comprised a good mix, including one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as dual-key units. Around 70% of the sold units were priced at approximately $3 million or below.

At the HDB Awards Ceremony on October 16, 2023, Minister for National Development Mr. Desmond Lee revealed the masterplan for the new Bayshore housing estate. Once fully developed, this housing estate will provide approximately 10,000 new homes, with around 7,000 units (70%) earmarked for public housing.
